11.4 x 3.5 Crotch Cherry

Hand -turned Crotch Cherry wood bowl, with bark inclusions, gap filled with clear epoxy resin. Measuring 11.4 inches wide and 3.5 inches tall. Finished with General Finishes “Wood Bowl Finish”. 

Crotch wood comes from the point in the tree where the trunk split into two, leaving an exquisite feathered grain pattern, and in this case, a split down the middle of the wood. The split in this bowl is filled with food safe epoxy resin.  

This Cherry wood is from Tennessee. 

The finish on this bowl is maintenance- free, food safe, and does not contain any “ forever chemicals”.
